This morning we went to the Val Thoiry shopping center to do some Christmas shopping. Yes I know it’s early but since we have to send quite a few of our presents to Sweden, and the Swedish postal service is hopelessly inefficient like most of the Swedish government services, so we have to send them very early in order to be sure they actually arrive before Christmas.
Anyway, after doing the shopping we had a nice lunch at the local restaurant there.
In the afternoon it was time for some autumn gardening. There’s a lot to do in the garden, as usual, and winter is approaching rapidly. We still have some late flowers that are blossoming though. For instance the Mahonia on the photo to the right.
