I remember when Easter was a big thing. Now it is gone before you can say Easter Bunny. Okay, it did help that you had a full week of Easter holidays as a Swedish school kid but still. Easter herring is gone, the lamb steak is gone and the Easter cake that Bodil made is gone as well and I’m soon back at work.
Well, at least it is only a four day working week. Next weekend is probably going to be busy though. We’re going to Bellgarde since the school that is Jonathans primary choice for next year is having an open house on Saturday. That weekend is also the weekend of the food fair in Gex and it looks like our old German friend is back again this year which means sausages with “Sauerkraut” for lunch.
